AAPKARASHAN CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you(customer) and Prakrati Traders (Aapkarashan and Aapkarashan.com) that states the terms and conditions under which you may receive the Aapkarashan Service and use the aapkarashan Web site

1. The Aapkarashan Service is a transaction, information, and communication service available to authorized users ("customers") who access Aapkarashan.com. Aapkarashan.com currently provides an online grocery shopping and delivery service, and may in the future provide additional shopping and related services.
2. Pricing: All the products listed on Aapkarashan.com will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time applicable prices at the time of placing an order. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis some of the commodities and fresh food do change on a daily basis which would be updated almost immediately on the portal.
3. Reviews, Comments, Communications, and other Contents: Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Aapkarashan.com reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content but does not regularly review posted content.
4. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
5. Aapkarashan.com may review, edit, reject, refuse to post, and/or delete any Content that in the sole judgment of Aapkarashan.com violate these Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of another person.
6. Any information provided by you on this site shall not be misleading in any way.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Aapkarashan employees will deliver grocery orders placed with Aapkarashan.com. Delivery will be made to the delivery address that you specify when you place your order first.
2. Payment for groceries and associated shopping and delivery fees is due at the time of delivery.
3. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and pay for deliveries at the specified time of delivery.
4. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive and pay for the order
5. If Aapkarashan cannot deliver your order or makes an additional delivery because no one is at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order at the specified time, you will be assessed an additional fee.
6. If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item purchased through Aapkarashan.com, you may return it and it will be credited against your next order.
7. Aapkarashans liability for missing a delivery or pickup time is limited to delivery at a later agreed time at no additional charge.
